Your intake forms will be emailed to you. Please complete these before your appointment so we can better understand your needs and prepare for your first session.

Once your forms have been received, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
Attend Your Appointment
At your appointment time, simply click the secure telehealth link provided in your confirmation email to meet with your psychologist from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Important Information
Before booking your appointment, please note the following:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Your payment details will be securely stored, and the remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Please ensure your intake forms are completed before your appointment, as this helps your psychologist prepare for your first session.
All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth video consultation. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space for your session.
If you're accessing services through a Mental Health Care Plan, NDIS, Victims of Crime, WorkCover, or bulk billing, please let us know before booking so we can ensure you're booked under the appropriate funding pathway.

No. You can book an appointment without a referral. However, if you'd like to access Medicare rebates, you'll generally need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP.
