Making Psychological Support More Accessible
We understand that the cost of therapy can sometimes be a barrier to accessing support.
At Calm Sanctuary, we offer bulk-billed appointments for eligible clients to help make psychological care more accessible. If you're unsure whether you may be eligible, we're happy to discuss your circumstances with you.
Who May Be Eligible?
You may be eligible for bulk billing if you:
Hold a valid Medicare card
Have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP
Meet specific financial or personal circumstances (e.g. student, pensioner, low-income earner, or concession card holder)
Have GP referral
If you're unsure whether you may be eligible, we encourage you to get in touch. Our team will be happy to discuss your circumstances and the options available.

Important Information
Please keep the following in mind:
Bulk-billed appointments are available for eligible clients. Eligibility will be assessed before an appointment is confirmed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, as these costs are not covered by Medicare.
Medicare rebates are subject to current Medicare arrangements. A Mental Health Care Plan generally provides access to an initial course of sessions, with additional sessions requiring a GP review where applicable. Please speak with your GP or visit the Services Australia website for the most up-to-date information.
Please ensure you attend your appointment using the secure telehealth link provided. If you experience any technical difficulties, contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
