We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals for individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns and life challenges.
Referrals are accepted through Mental Health Treatment Plans, NDIS, Victims of Crime, WorkCover, private referrals, and eligible bulk-billed appointments.

Bulk-billed appointments are available for eligible clients. If you believe your patient may benefit from a bulk-billed appointment, please indicate this on the referral form or contact our team to discuss their circumstances.

No. Clients can access psychology services without a Mental Health Care Plan. However, a current GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan are generally required to access Medicare rebates.

Where possible, please include the patient's contact details, presenting concerns, relevant history, current supports, risk information (if applicable), and any referral documentation, such as a Mental Health Care Plan.

We aim to review all referrals within one business day. If additional information is required, a member of our team will contact you promptly.

We strive to offer an initial appointment as soon as possible, depending on clinician availability. We currently have no waitlist for new referrals.

Yes. With the client’s consent and where clinically appropriate, we provide correspondence to the referring practitioner in accordance with Medicare requirements and professional standards.

Yes. Patients can choose to change psychologists. If they have remaining Medicare-rebated sessions available, they may be able to continue accessing those sessions with a current referral.
