  • In each individually tailored 50-minute session, our experienced therapists focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

We believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of meaningful change, and we strive to cultivate a genuine connection built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.

Please note sessions will be charged per 60 minute, this consists of 50 minutes of active therapy and 10 minutes of administration/note taking.

  • Our 30-minute shorter online therapy sessions, consisting of 20 minute active therapy and 10 minute administration, are designed for those moments when you need to discuss a small concern, have a general check-up, or feel that a full 50-minute session isn't necessary. These sessions must be booked in advance and serve as a convenient option to touch base with your therapist, address immediate needs, and receive focused support.

While shorter in duration, these sessions are valuable for individuals who have completed several 50-minute sessions with us. This prerequisite helps us build a comprehensive understanding of your situation, develop a strong therapeutic relationship, and impart core skills that empower you to navigate challenges effectively.

During these 30-minute sessions, our experienced therapists provide targeted guidance, tools, and strategies tailored to your specific concerns. Whether you're seeking a quick check-in or targeted support for a particular issue, our shorter online therapy sessions offer flexibility and accessibility without compromising on quality care.

Please note: Claiming Medicare for 30-minute therapy sessions may reduce your total sessions available. Each session regardless of length will count toward this limit. Please plan accordingly and discuss any concerns with your psychologist.

  • In each individually tailored 60 to 90-minute EMDR session, our experienced therapists create a safe and supportive environment where you can process traumatic memories and experiences without judgment.

Before beginning EMDR therapy, a comprehensive assessment is required to understand your unique needs and history, and to assess for any contraindications. This ensures that we can tailor the therapy to your specific circumstances and offer a safe and effective treatment.

Session duration and frequency is determined through a collaborative conversation between you and your therapist, ensuring they fit your schedule and therapeutic goals.

  • Consistent with our 50 minute online therapy offering, our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) psychology sessions are designed to support individuals under the NDIS in achieving their mental health and well-being goals. We understand the unique challenges faced by NDIS participants and offer sessions that align with your NDIS goals to empower your journey towards improved emotional and psychological health.

Our NDIS psychology sessions focus on building essential skills, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering resilience in the face of challenges. We also collaborate with your NDIS support team to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for your overall well-being.

  • Our VOCAT psychology sessions offer dedicated support for victims of crime, focusing on challenges and well-being. These 50-minute sessions are designed to provide empathetic and effective therapeutic interventions to help you navigate the challenges of trauma and rebuild your sense of resilience.

Please note we do not provide court reports.
